Refund Policy

Because our soaps are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. We hope you understand — it's the nature of handcrafted goods!

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or there's a problem with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maisongigisoapery@gmail.com. Include a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Unopened Items We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
